Rosemary Golden Hour

The Rosemary Golden Hour is a sunny sour where pineapple, lemon and honey highlight the tropical fruit and rosemary notes of Pineapple & Rosemary Chakra Vodka.

Makes: 1 cocktail
Glass: Double rocks glass

Ingredients

• 2 oz Pineapple & Rosemary Chakra Vodka
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to warm water, cooled)

Directions

1. Add vodka, pineapple juice, lemon juice and honey syrup to a shaker with cubed ice.
2. Shake for 10–15 seconds.
3. Strain into a double rocks glass over one large ice cube.
4. Garnish with a small pineapple wedge and a short rosemary sprig.
