Maple Bourbon Sour

The Maple Bourbon Sour pairs Carefree Bourbon with fresh lemon and pure maple syrup for a balanced cocktail with warm sweetness and a bright citrus finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Carefree Bourbon 90 Proof
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz pure maple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters

Directions

1. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and bitters to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over one large ice cube.
4. Express the orange peel over the drink, then place it on the rim.

Garnish: Orange twist.
