Grumpy Pumpkin

The Grumpy Pumpkin blends Carefree Bourbon with pumpkin and coffee liqueurs, a touch of maple, and coffee pecan bitters, finished with whipped cream and Biscoff crumbs.

Makes: 1 cocktail
Glass: Rocks glass

Ingredients

• 1 oz Carefree Bourbon
• 1 oz pumpkin liqueur
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
• ¼ oz maple syrup
• 2 dashes coffee pecan bitters
• Ice, for shaking only
• Whipped cream, for topping
• Crushed Biscoff cookies, for garnish

Directions

1. Add the bourbon, pumpkin liqueur, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, and bitters to a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass without ice.
4. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed Biscoff cookies.

Garnish: Whipped cream and Biscoff crumbs.
