Grapefruit & Lavender Gimlet

The Grapefruit & Lavender Gimlet pairs bright grapefruit and fresh lime with the delicate floral notes of Grapefruit & Lavender Chakra Vodka.

Makes: 1 cocktail
Glass: Coupe glass

Ingredients

• 2 oz Grapefruit & Lavender Chakra Vodka
• ½ oz fresh pink grapefruit juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz simple syrup

Directions

1. Add the vodka, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake for 15 seconds, until well chilled.
3. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with the grapefruit half-moon.

Garnish: Thin pink grapefruit half-moon.

Tip: For simple syrup, dissolve equal parts sugar and hot water, then cool before using.
