Our new summer cocktail menu is full of fresh citrus, peach, tropical fruit, bourbon, spice, and bright seasonal flavor. Basically, summer walked into the tasting room wearing sunglasses and ordered one of everything.

Key Lime Pie Martini

Ascension Chakra Vodka, house-made marshmallow liqueur, coconut cream, vanilla syrup, lime juice, graham cracker, and caramel rim.

The Main Squeeze

Grapefruit & Lavender Chakra Vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and lime juice.

Peachy Keen Cocktail

Peach & Hibiscus Chakra Vodka, strawberry and simple syrups, lemon juice, and basil.

The Sweet Sting

Carefree Bourbon, local hot honey syrup, strawberry syrup, and peach bitters.

Peach and Oak Smash

Carefree Bourbon, peach and simple syrups, lemon juice, and mint.

Kiwi Kiss

Carefree Bourbon, kiwi puree, grapefruit and lime juices, and local pineapple white balsamic vinegar.

Make It At Home

The Prickly Peach

Bright, juicy, citrusy, and finished with the electric desert-pink color of prickly pear.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Peach & Hibiscus Chakra Vodka
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz prickly pear syrup

Instructions

  1. Add Peach & Hibiscus Chakra Vodka, lemon juice, lime juice, and prickly pear syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until chilled.
  3. Strain over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wheel, peach slice, or edible flower.
  5. Sip and enjoy.

Easy At-Home Cocktail

Peachy Palmer

Simple, sunny, and extremely easy to make. The Peachy Palmer is your no-fuss June pour for patios, pool days, and “I want a cocktail but I do not want a project” evenings.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Peach & Hibiscus Chakra Vodka
  • Top with half lemonade and half iced tea

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add Peach & Hibiscus Chakra Vodka.
  3. Top with equal parts lemonade and iced tea.
  4. Stir lightly.
  5. Garnish with lemon, peach, or fresh mint.
